This module will give understanding of an overall Embedded System and it components which we are going to develop & understand during course curriculum.
8-Bit MCU Programming
This Module covers the basics of the microcontroller architecture using the 8-Bit microcontroller It. is covered to understand the knowledge depth to student as this creates the background for us to teach 32-bit ARM microcontrollers.
32-Bit ARM MCU Programming
32-bit ARM is a widely used microcontroller in the semiconductor world and its low power and low cost attribute has made it dominant in the mobile and embedded electronics market. Since this microcontroller is the heart of most embedded systems today, we emphasize a lot on this module. Right from the architecture to the basic instruction set and advanced programming in ARM, we cover every aspect of this microcontroller.
RTOS Fundamentals
This is one of the most essential element of an embedded system as most of the embedded system out there in the market comes with some or the other Operating System, which otherwise is known as the Real-time Operating System. The module covers the basics of an RTOS using uCos. The module focuses on the basic structure of an RTOS.
Embedded Networking Fundamentals
This is module is introduced for understanding of the fundamentals of Ethernet Protocol & its interfacing with Microcontroller as it’s been very common now a days to have LAN interface on Embedded Devices.
Wireless Technologies & Embedded Systems
This is module is introduced for in-depth learning of Embedded Wireless technologies such as GSM, GPRS, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth & Mobile Application Developments.
Project Work
In this module students will be making their choice of project which will cover most of the embedded systems fundamentals thought in the above module. Our team will guide them thoroughly to do their project work.
